Outstanding. That same esoteric sound fond on the first demo is still there, enriching the atmosphere that much more. The same chant style is used occasionally, creating a very Gregorian and dark/far out feeling. Their SciFi lyrical themes are definitely represented in the music itself and once again, I'm struck in disbelief at the ideas these guys are coming up with. I've never heard anything like this in an old school Death Metal band before and it's very refreshing. But what really gets me is that spoken part in the first track:
"I am a God. The prime being. I shall impale you on the crumbled pillars of the millennia!"
Very crushing and eye-opening. Truly depicts the desolateness that is to be described on the second track, of Earth becoming a cadaver world. Thought-provoking and very mysterious.
Even the demo name "Panaramic Twilight" is filled with mystery and wonder. Why did they misspell "Panoramic"? Was that their intention all along? Is that even what they meant? Nobody will ever know, and that only adds to the fuzzy fog surrounding this music.
