Elohim was Belsebub's last offering to the Death Metal world, and their presence is sorely missed until this day. I would have very much liked to see these guys churn out something more, as they had some serious potential going for them.
This is a single; ignore the "EP" I tacked onto the end of the Mediafire link, I don't know what I was thinking then.
This album is a bit sharper in terms of production (but not too much!) and the riffs are more audible and grabbing. A great sense of melody is present here, especially on "Masses to Reveal". The song flows very nicely, and those infectious riffs saturate everything. Also, the single gives off a sort of vibe that somebody's chasing after you in the way it flows. Very cool!

ReplyDeleteThank you. I still have a copy of 7 "that I haven't heard for a long time, but I remember BELSEBUB as a good band. There were very good groups at that time that, unfortunately, were buried in the underground ...
