Talk about Death Metal with balls. This is some seriously raw and heavy-duty stuff. Has a very primitive sound, probably due to the production, but the crunchy, doomy goodness is still present. The vocalist was only 15 years old at the time of this recording, which is amazing, considering how mature and dedicated the vocals sound. If I hadn't have told you this, you probably wouldn't have been able to tell the difference.
There's some serious riffage going on here, and the guitars are very prominent and in your face, constantly pounding those cutting riffs into your skull. A very enjoyable listen.
Wow! This is old. I've seen these guys when I was 17. That is eh, 21 years ago. (I'm growing old, I guess).
